Perfect and impressive room, all in all had such wonderful stay.
It was clean, staff was accommodating and efficient. Loved central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room. The view of the ocean was awesome. It was in the oceanfront location close to the pier. Dessert restaurant Dairy Queen was located 5 minutes walk away.

The oceanfront view from the 7th floor was stunning, and the room's separation from the living area worked well for privacy. the lack of a restaurant and closed pool were disappointing, requiring us to venture out for every meal. The hotel feels outdated—hallways were hot, narrow, and in need of maintenance, with peeling walls and a messy parking structure. Encountering homeless individuals nearby was unsettling, and the lobby lacked appeal.

The air conditioner was dirty when we arrived, but it was promptly cleaned the next day. The shower had reasonably hot water, but the spa tub only got warm, which was disappointing. The issue with the door lock was unsettling, as it didn't work properly and anyone could have entered our room. the staff at the front desk were quick to respond to our concerns, but we were disappointed by the rudeness of the night shift worker and the unhelpful attitude of the front desk staff regarding the broken elevator. The elevator being out of service for extended periods was inconvenient, especially since we were on the 8th floor. Other amenities, such as the free toiletries, flat-screen TV, and housekeeping services, were satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room and the location close to the pier were definite highlights. The staff members we interacted with at the front desk and during housekeeping were friendly and accommodating.
